Excellence Gear invests in more precise digital control (CNC) machines and continuously introduces relevant precision equipment, including the "Gleason" brand, to strengthen and improve the quality and efficiency of bevel gear manufacturing. Our company is equipped with advanced "Gleason" integrated plant systems, including:

To enhance our manufacturing capabilities, we have successively acquired straight bevel gear cutting machines (Gleason No. 104) and spiral bevel gear cutting machines (NC Gleason No. 106). The straight bevel gear processing range can reach **Module 8.5 with an outer diameter of 250mm**, and the spiral bevel gear processing range can reach **Module 13 with an outer diameter of 300mm**. This allows us to meet the diverse needs of different customer groups, successfully marking another innovative, progressive, and excellent milestone in high-end manufacturing processes.

- 2009Officially supplied bevel gears for SUZUKI marine outboard engines in Japan.
- 2007Officially supplied bevel gears for MAKITA electric power tools in Japan.
- 2005Officially supplied specialized bevel gears for ATVs to Taiwan's largest ATV manufacturer.
- 2004Officially supplied specialized bevel gears for lawn mowers to HONDA R&D Co., Ltd. in Japan.
- 2003Acquired 7 new gear cutting machines (Klingelnberg).
- 2002Officially supplied bevel gears for TOHATSU precision industries marine outboard engines in Japan.
- 2000Collaborated with Taiwan Powder Metallurgy Co., Ltd., Southeast Asia's largest powder metallurgy factory, to produce bevel gears for power tools.
- 1999Obtained ISO-9002 certification.
- 1998Collaborated with HILTI AG in Germany to produce bevel gears for electric power tools.
- 1993Expanded factory due to business needs, actively strengthened in-house production and inspection equipment, digitizing product precision values.
- 1992Actively developed overseas markets, collaborated with PAC-ASIA in Thailand to produce bevel gears for power tools.
