Excellence Gear continuously invests in advanced CNC machines and precision equipment, including Gleason systems, to enhance the quality and efficiency of bevel gear manufacturing. As a trusted bevel gear supplier, our facility is equipped with advanced integrated systems, including:

We have also introduced straight-bevel gear-cutting machines (Gleason No. 104) and spiral-bevel gear-cutting machines (NC Gleason No. 106).
Our straight bevel gear capacity reaches Module 8.5, with a maximum outer diameter of 250 mm, while spiral bevel gears can reach Module 13 with an outer diameter of up to 300 mm.
This allows us to meet the diverse needs of different customer groups, successfully marking another innovative, progressive, and excellent milestone in high-end manufacturing processes.

- 2019Acquired two Gleason gear grinding machines to manufacture DIN 4 precision gears
- 2017Order a series of Gleason machines, entering high accuracy and inspection area
- 2012Excellence Gear’s new factory was officially completed and put into operation.
- 2011Became a qualified bevel gear supplier for the Japanese hand tool industry.
- 2009Officially began supplying bevel gears for SUZUKI marine outboard engines in Japan.
- 2007Officially began supplying bevel gears for MAKITA electric power tools in Japan.
- 2005Officially began supplying specialized bevel gears for ATVs to Taiwan’s leading ATV manufacturer.
- 2004Officially began supplying specialized bevel gears for lawn mowers to Honda R&D Co., Ltd. in Japan.
- 2003Acquired seven new gear cutting machines from Klingelnberg.
- 2002Officially began supplying bevel gears for TOHATSU precision industries marine outboard engines in Japan.
- 2000Partnered with Taiwan Powder Metallurgy Co., Ltd., Southeast Asia's largest powder metallurgy manufacturer, to produce bevel gears for power tools.
- 1999Obtained ISO-9002 certification.
- 1998Partnered with HILTI AG in Germany to produce bevel gears for electric power tools.
- 1993Expanded the factory to meet growing demand and strengthened in-house production and inspection equipment, while digitizing precision measurements.
- 1992Expanded into overseas markets and partnered with PAC-ASIA in Thailand to produce bevel gears for power tools.
- 1990Collaborated with OMC Inc. in the USA to produce bevel gears for marine outboard engines.
- 1988Excellence Gear was founded, initially focusing on bevel gears for pneumatic and power tools.
