Cutter Sharpening and Building

Cutter Sharpening:
The Blade Profile Grinder is able to generate cutter contour and sharpen cutter, it is equipped with robotic arm that could finish sharpening cutter automatically.

Cutter Building:
The Machine can be used to build face mill and face hob cutter heads with a minimal radial run-out. It allows you to build, measure and true all types of PENTAC®, TRI-AC®, CYCLOCUT™ and RSR® Cutters in a single operation.
